This is model of Zodiak DSS 402 Polish radio from 1979r produced by Unitra Diora. It was a cheap radio often found in Polish homes in the 1980s. I made this model based on the real radio that I found in the attic of my family house.
In the background is a map of Poland from the times when this radio was new.
Front of the radio is plastic with acrylic cover, "radio box" is made of chipboard covered with wood-like veneer. Big knob on the side is used for selecting frequencies.
Vertical indicator shows the selected frequency. On the top of the display are small knobs used to adjust the built-in equalizer. The larger ones below the display, together with buttons, support all the other functions.
Plastic back panel has all connectors used at that time.
